General/ Internal Medicine: At GMP (Gloria Mendzabal Piedra M.D.) Medical, we believe that the fundamental treatment and care of the patient begins with their Primary Care Physician and as Hialeah doctors we take pride in providing that excellent care. The core of our Hialeah medical practice has been centered on this service for the last 20 years.
We now offer Transportation services to and from the office.
Ultrasound: As a way to better serve our patients we have added not only abdominal, but also cardiac ultrasound capabilities to our Hialeah clinic. This allows our staff to better treat our patients without having to send them out for testing as frequently, keeping the service professional and centralized.
EKG: Electro Cardiograms have been performed regularly at GMP ( Gloria Mendizabal Piedra M.D) Medical since 1995 and offer our staff a quick look as to the cardiac function of a patient in the event the Dr. feels it is necessary.
Lab/ Blood Work: We have a phlebotomist on staff and work with all the major laboratories. Including but not limited to Quest, Labcorp, and CBS. Our patients have found this to be our most convenient service due to the fact that they can avoid the lines at their local Lab.
Other Services: Pap smear, Urine Analysis, Ear Wax Removal and Spirometry.
